On May 11th, Ontario Science Centre was taken over by a flash dance mob coordinated by National Ballet School. 300 kids, ages 7 – 14, came out of nowhere and danced to k-os’ “Crabbuckit”. To their surprise, k-os was hiding to the side. He greeted the children after their performance.
On May 10th, Sloan will be release their 10th studio album, The Double Cross, which will also mark their 20th anniversary as a band. k-os among many others are featured in the first installment video to tribute the longevity of the band.
Last night, during Tokyo Police Clubs’ encore, Said The Whale, Dinosaur Bones and k-os joined them on stage to do a cover of Kanye West’s “Runaway” at the Commodore Ballroom.
